Ordering & custom design
How does the custom design tool work?
Head to our design tool, upload your artwork (or start from a blank canvas), then choose your size, cut style and finish. You'll see a live preview of the sticker before it goes in your cart, so you approve the layout before you pay.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files give the cleanest cut lines — a PDF or SVG is ideal — and a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If your brand assets are in another format, get in touch through our contact page and we'll tell you how to send them.
Which sticker format should I order?
Every format prints on the same waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl. Custom Vinyl Stickers are one design cut to shape — the default for logo decals, mailer seals and event swag. Custom Vinyl Sticker Sheets put several designs on one page-size sheet, so a single order covers a whole sales kit or welcome pack. Custom QR Code Stickers add a scannable code beside your artwork for menus, ordering links and review requests. Custom Kiss Cut Stickers are a single design on its own peel-off backing, sized for mailer inserts and leave-behinds.
What's the difference between the cut styles?
Contour follows the exact outline of your artwork — the usual pick for a logo. The geometric cuts trim it to a clean shape instead, which keeps a run of mixed artwork looking consistent. The cut options for your product are shown in the design tool.
What's the smallest order I can place?
Minimums are low, and they depend on the format and the size you pick — each product page prices every run available for the size you choose. Each tier above the minimum lowers your unit price, so you can proof a short run before committing to a full one.
Do you handle large or repeat orders?
Yes. If you need a bigger run than a product page offers, a repeat of a previous order, or a rollout across several locations, use our contact page and choose Wholesale & bulk orders.
Shipping & delivery
How long until my order ships?
Every custom order — stickers, sheets, QR codes and kiss cut — is printed and shipped in 1–2 business days. Pre-design stickers ship the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order over $25 ships free.
How long will delivery take once it ships?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. You'll see estimated delivery windows at checkout before you pay, and we'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Materials & durability
What are your stickers made of?
Every sticker is printed on premium waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl with a scratch-resistant laminate on top, rated for years of outdoor use. The vinyl and finish options for each product are shown on its own page.
Will they hold up outdoors and in the sun?
Yes. These are premium stickers, rated for years of outdoor use — on vehicles, equipment, storefront glass and shipping cartons.
What finishes are available?
Finish is chosen in the design tool, and every finish uses the same waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl — it only changes the look.
Returns & satisfaction
What if I'm not happy with my order?
If your stickers arrive damaged, our printer made a mistake, or we sent the wrong order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You choose: a free reprint or a refund for the affected stickers. We can't cover mistakes in a design you approved, so check the preview before you pay.
Can I return a custom sticker?
Custom stickers are printed from your own design, so they can't be resold. That's why we can't accept returns, or exchange an order if you change your mind. If something went wrong in shipping or printing, we'll reprint it or refund you. Just reach out.
